★如是大蛋糕我們無法承接急單，請提前預訂，若您預計取貨當日已滿單則不再接單。若非大蛋糕（當日出爐品項），可直接到店選取。倘若希望下班再來拿，可提前透過 Line 和我們聯繫預留您想要的品項。
★我們不提供外送服務，可自請信任的計程車或 Uber 代取。機車快遞風險高，請您評估，慶祝機會難得，希望一同盡力不讓蛋糕受損。
★接單後我們會與您確認需求與取貨時間，並提供匯款資訊。完成全額匯款（定金）後，訂單才算成立。
★取貨日起算（含）三天內若取消、延期或改單，將收取已訂蛋糕全額定金，敬請見諒。如遇天災或不可抗力因素，我們會盡力協助您重新安排取貨時間。
★配方已減糖，再減糖或無糖蛋糕無法成形。基於版權，我們不接受任何卡通圖像繪製。
★生乳酪與提拉米蘇皆含動物性成分，不可素食。僅香菜戚風和巴斯克乳酪可蛋奶素。
★宅配與黑貓合作，僅可選 13:00 前或 13:00–19:00 時段，無法指定送達時間，建議選擇提前一天送達。
★蛋糕須於 40 分鐘內冷藏／冷凍，最佳賞味期可保存兩日。
★裝飾不一定有草，有也不盡相同。水果風味因季節與產地不同，還請諒解，老闆絕不偷工減料！

【Order Terms & Guidelines】
Before placing an order, we hope we can reach a mutual understanding on the following terms. Confirming your order means you (the customer) agree to these service details:
★We are unable to accept last-minute orders for large cakes—please order in advance. If the pickup date is fully booked, we will not be able to take your order.
For non-large cakes (items freshly baked that day), you’re welcome to visit and choose in-store.
If you’d like to pick up after work, feel free to message us on LINE to reserve your preferred items in advance.
★We do not offer delivery. You may arrange your own trusted taxi or Uber. Please note that motorcycle couriers carry a higher risk—celebrations are precious, and we want your cake to arrive safely.
★Once we receive your order, we’ll confirm the details and pickup time with you, and provide payment instructions. Your order is confirmed only after full payment (deposit) is made.
★If you cancel, postpone, or change your order within 3 days before your pickup date (including the date itself), the full deposit will be charged. Thank you for understanding. In case of natural disasters or force majeure, we’ll do our best to help you reschedule.
★Our recipes are already reduced in sugar. Further reduction or sugar-free versions are not structurally possible. Due to copyright reasons, we cannot reproduce cartoon or licensed images.
★Our no-bake cheesecake and tiramisu contain animal-based ingredients and are not vegetarian-friendly. Only the coriander chiffon and Basque cheesecake are suitable for ovo-lacto vegetarians.
★We use Black Cat for delivery. Available time slots are either before 1:00 PM or between 1:00–7:00 PM. Exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed—we recommend scheduling delivery one day in advance.
★Please refrigerate or freeze the cake within 40 minutes. For the best taste, enjoy within two days.
★Decorative herbs may not be included, and if present, may vary. Fruits also vary in sweetness and size by season and origin. Thank you for understanding—our baker never cuts corners!

当日焼き上がりの商品（ホールケーキ以外）は店頭にてお選びいただけます。
お仕事帰りにご来店予定の場合は、事前に LINE でご希望の商品をお取り置き可能です。お気軽にご連絡ください。
★当店は配達サービスを行っておりません。信頼できるタクシーや Uber の手配をご自身でお願いいたします。バイク便は破損のリスクが高いためご注意を。お祝いの機会を大切にしたいと考えています。
★ご注文受付後に、詳細と受け取り時間を確認し、振込情報をご案内します。全額ご入金（ご予約金）完了後にご注文が正式確定となります。
★受取日から3日以内（当日含む）のキャンセル・延期・内容変更は、ご予約金の全額をご請求させていただきます。何卒ご了承ください。天災など不可抗力がある場合は、可能な限り再調整いたします。
★当店のレシピはすでに減糖されています。これ以上の減糖や無糖は製造上不可能です。著作権の都合上、キャラクター画像の再現はお受けしておりません。
★レアチーズケーキとティラミスには動物性素材が含まれており、ベジタリアン対応ではありません。パクチーシフォンとバスクチーズケーキのみ卵乳ベジタリアン対応です。
★宅配はヤマト運輸（黒猫）を利用しています。配達時間帯は「13時まで」または「13時～19時」の2択で、時間の指定はできません。前日配達を推奨しております。
★ケーキはお受け取りから40分以内に冷蔵／冷凍してください。賞味期限は2日間です。
★飾りのハーブは必ずつくとは限らず、内容も毎回異なります。フルーツの味や大きさも季節や産地により異なりますので、予めご了承ください。職人は一切の手抜きをしておりません！
