Packaging Options
我們會依照數量與品項使用最適合的包裝方式。單件常溫商品會使用紙袋或即食 L 紙袋。布丁、提拉米蘇為盒裝品項，單件即含外盒。切片蛋糕建議購買兩片以上，我們將以紙盒裝盛（兩片拼成長方形結構）。若需單片包裝，也提供三角塑膠盒。六八吋整膜蛋糕已含堅固外帶盒，並附提袋。
We’ll choose the most suitable packaging based on quantity and item type. Single room-temp items come in paper bags. Puddings and tiramisu are boxed individually. For sliced cakes, we recommend ordering at least two so we can pack them securely in a paper box. For single slices, triangle plastic boxes are available. A firmed box is designed specifically for a 6 or 8 -inch birthday cake.
我們提供三種尺寸的禮盒，符合份量即可免費使用：布丁2入／5入、切片蛋糕2入／6入、常溫麵包或布朗尼共4入、餅乾罐或提拉米蘇4入、可麗露4入／6入／9入均可裝盒。
Yes! We offer three box sizes. No extra charge if item quantities fit our standard sets: 2 or 5 puddings, 2 or 6 cake slices, 4 room-temp baked goods, 4 cookie jars or tiramisu, or 4/6/9 canelés.
我們會附上基本紙袋，如需額外含手把提袋可加購。您若評估需要，保冰袋需自備，我們可提供免費小冰塊幫助短程保冷。冷藏品建議於40分鐘內放回冰箱。雨天將提供塑膠雨套。
A basic paper bag is included. Extra bags are available upon request. You are recommended to bring your own ice bag if purchasing chilled/frozen items—we’ll provide complimentary ice packs. Store in fridge within 40 minutes if purchasing chilled items.
可加價選購蛋糕寫字服務，亦提供代洗拍立得。因食材比例與技術限制，目前不接受配方調整或卡通圖案繪製。
Yes, we offer paid cake writing and Polaroid printing. We currently do not support ingredient modifications or character images due to recipe limitations and copyright reasons.
我們可以依照您的需求客製禮盒組合內容（例如布朗尼＋布丁、可麗露＋餅乾等），但仍需評估產能安排，最多可接單約 30～40 盒。若您已確定時間與數量，請盡早透過 LINE 聯繫我們討論細節。
Yes! We’re happy to customize gift box sets such as brownie + pudding or canelé + cookies. However, due to production capacity, we can accept up to around 30–40 boxes. Please contact us via LINE as early as possible with your desired quantity and date.

Storage Guidelines
生乳酪蛋糕、戚風蛋糕、提拉米蘇、巴斯克、布丁、生乳包。
Cheesecakes, chiffon cakes, tiramisu, basque cheesecakes, puddings, cream buns.
蜂蜜核桃全麥麵包、肉桂捲、菠蘿麵包、短棍麵包、布朗尼、厚餅乾、雪球餅乾、豆豆餅乾、可麗露。
Whole wheat walnut bread, cinnamon rolls, melon-pan bread, baguettes, brownies, oat cookies, snowball cookies, chocolate chip cookies and canelés.
購買後40分鐘內請回到冷藏。冷藏保存，2日內食用完畢。
Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 2 days. Return to fridge within 40 mins after purchase.
當日可常溫保存，或冷凍保存最多5日，若冷凍狀態，食用前常溫退冰15-20分鐘。請避免冷藏以免外殼受潮。如含水果的品項請當日食用。
Keep at room temp on the day of purchase. Freeze up to 5 days. Thaw at room temp for 15–20 mins before eating. Avoid refrigeration. If filled with fresh fruit, consume the same day.
由於生乳是高純度鮮奶油，質地近似冰淇淋，盡可能盡快冷藏保存，或於購買後 40 分鐘內回到冷藏，最晚隔日中午前食用完畢。請勿冷凍避免麵包過硬。
Refrigerate and consume by noon the next day. Do not freeze.
購買當日可常溫保存。冷藏2–3日，冷凍可保存5日。食用前退冰20分鐘，或微波解凍30秒。

加熱方式
Heating & Reheating
推薦回烤！噴些水後用烤箱 150°C 加熱 3–5 分鐘，或微波 20–30 秒皆可（一定要乖乖噴水，或蓋上沾水的紙巾才可以加熱哦！）
Yes! Lightly mist with water, bake at 150°C for 3–5 mins, or microwave 20–30 sec.
建議用預熱 180°C 烤箱回烤 5–7 分鐘恢復酥脆口感，或常溫退冰（吃冰心口感）。避免使用微波。
We recommend oven reheating at 180°C for 5–7 mins to bring back its crisp crust. Avoid microwaving.
想吃滑順口感可依 20 秒為單位多次微波至喜歡的軟度，不喜歡太軟可直接冷藏食用。
Microwave for 20 sec for a softer texture each time until reaching the texture you like, or enjoy chilled if you prefer it firm.
可以微波 30 秒讓口感更濕潤柔軟。
Microwave for 30 sec for a moist and gooey texture.
可常溫享用，亦可用烤箱 150°C 烘烤 1–2 分鐘，恢復酥脆。
Yes, bake at 150°C for 1–2 mins for a fresh-out-the-oven crunch.
宅配取貨 & 付款
Delivery & Payment
部分整模蛋糕可使用黑貓低溫宅配；切片蛋糕或小點心（如布丁或麵包）目前僅限門市自取。如需配送請加 LINE 詢問隔週可寄送的品項。
Some whole cakes are available for refrigerated delivery via T-Cat.com.tw. Sliced cakes and small items (e.g. pudding) are pickup only. Please contact us via LINE for more options.
可以！請使用汽車快遞（非機車），並事先聯繫我們確認取貨時間。因人員尚未補足，我們無法替您叫車。
Yes! Please use a car service (not motorcycles) and contact us to coordinate pickup time. You will be responsible for arranging the carrier.
黑貓宅配僅能選擇「13:00 前」或「13:00–19:00」兩種區段，無法指定精確時段。建議選提早一天收到。
T-Cat.com.tw delivery offers only two time slots: "before 1pm" or "1–7pm". We suggest selecting a delivery date one day in advance.
有的，本店為免開統一發票，但可提供蓋有財政部免用統一發票章與店章的手開收據，以供報帳使用。
Yes, we are exempt from issuing uniform invoices but can provide a hand-written receipt with the official MOF exemption stamp and our shop seal for your reimbursement purposes.
我們提供現金、街口支付、銀行轉帳、Paypal 或 Line Pay。目前暫不接受信用卡刷卡，但若您使用的街口或 Paypal 已綁定信用卡，也可透過該平台付款。
We accept cash, JKOPay, bank transfer, PayPal, and LINE Pay. Credit card payments are not available at the moment, but you may use JKOPay, Line Pay or PayPal if your credit card is linked to those platforms.
